AquaOZ TAP WATER DECHLORINATOR should be used prior to topping up with tap water to protect the wildlife & beneficial bacteria in aquariums. The beneficial bacteria in nature helps keep aquariums and fish healthy. AquaOZ TAP WATER DECHLORINATOR is best dosed as far away from the pump as possible and top up with tap water in the same location.  Topping up away from the pump will ensure the tap water is safe when it goes through the pump and filter system, protecting the beneficial bacteria in the filter. Dose rates based on tap water within Australian legal standards of up to 5ppm of chlorine.

DOSE RATE: 5ml per 200 litres of tap water being added.  500ml per 20,000L.
